Barre is a 60 min stretch and strength low impact barefoot class building long and lean muscles with ballet barre based movements. No dance experience necessary, a love for music is a plus! just try it! This class focuses on cardio and a little toning. Dance fitness for all levels! $15 drop-in. $100 for 10 punches.
