Monday Movement – Qigong @ BV Library

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until May 27, 2019
Qigong involves coordinated, slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Each class will include new exercises aimed at increasing flexibility and energy, promoting mental clarity and improving blood flow throughout the body.
