Applied Horsemanship (Through Competition)
From a foundation in western horsemanship, participants will learn and be able to execute basic horsemanship/equitation skills such as the stop and turn, then to apply those skills in various competitive and work-related formats, including gymkhana, cattle working, and the game of polocrosse - a game originally conceived of as a means of developing a more natural working seat while on horseback. Paddle on the Pond
