Submit Community Events
Organizers are welcome to submit recreational programs that align with the Town of Buena Vista Recreation Department’s mission to serve the local community by facilitating affordable and inclusive recreational opportunities.
Our mission is to support individuals’ well-being by:
- Providing recreation programs that inspire a variety of interests, including sports, music, and fine arts.
- Organizing special events that promote community development through positive social interaction.
- Facilitating stewardship of our outdoor recreation resources.
- Communicating with the Recreation Advisory Board to address the evolving needs of the community.
Please review the categories below and contact us if you have a question about which one to use for your event. We are willing to entertain new ideas and concepts that will be filtered through our Advisory Board on a monthly basis.
Recurring events must end a maximum of 12 months after the first event.
Submissions will be reviewed by BV REC, and you will be contacted with any questions. If approved, your program will be displayed on our Programs page.
