Have you heard of Pickleball? Pickleball mixes badminton, tennis, and ping pong skills creating a fun, active, low-impact activity for individuals of all ages and athletic backgrounds! Come try your hand at a fun, rapidly growing sport at the Learn-to-Play Pickleball Day! USA Pickleball Ambassador Stephanie McDonald will provide instruction that will teach the rules, technique, and strategy of the game. Equipment will be provided.

 

One Learn to Play session will be held each month at Darren Patterson Christian Academy (518 S San Juan Ave) starting in February and ending in April. The sessions will take place on the third Saturday of the month. The 2023 sessions will be held on Saturdays, February 18, March 18, and April 15. All sessions will be from 1:00-4:00pm with Lessons from 1:00-3:00pm and Open Play time from 3:00-4:00pm. Minimum of 6 participants needed per session. These sessions are open to anyone 16 years of age and older and will cost $5 per person.
