Culinary Creations with Tom Campbell – Shrimp Etouffee – Session 2

BV Rec is excited to be offering three cooking classes led by local chef, Tom Campbell, and held in the Community Center located at 715 E Main Street in Buena Vista, Co 81211. Each class is a stand-alone class. No experience is necessary! Only six spaces are available for each course, so sign up today!

Comprised of hands-on lessons and demonstrations, these classes will set the foundation for a lifetime of great cooking. Working side by side with local chef, Tom Campbell, participants will create each dish start to finish from prepping the ingredients to completing the dish.  Each participant will complete a meal with two servings so you can take home leftovers or share! 

Please bring a few Tupperware or to-go boxes to take home your creations in!
