BV Rec is excited to be offering four cooking classes led by local chefs, Tom Campbell, Frank Willis and Ben Miner. The classes will be held at the Buena Vista Community Center located at 715 E Main Street in Buena Vista, CO 81211. Each class is a stand-alone class. No experience is necessary! Only six spaces are available for each course, so sign up today!
Comprised of hands-on lessons and demonstrations, these classes will set the foundation for a lifetime of great cooking. Working side by side with local chefs, Tom, Frank and Ben, participants will create each dish start to finish from prepping the ingredients to completing the dish. Each participant will complete a meal with two servings so you can take home leftovers or share!
Please bring a Tupperware or to-go box to take home your creations in!
Registration for all four classes opens at noon on Tuesday, January 28th!
