Women’s Self-Led Workout Group – Ages 18+ $2 per visit Fridays, 8:00-9:30am October 20-May 24 Community Center – Pinon Room
Join in this weekly, self-led women’s workout group that focuses on body weight interval training, including both cardio and muscle conditioning. This group encourages consistent exercise and offers healthy support to each other. No formal instruction will be provided. Each participant is responsible for taking care of their own body and knowing their own limits.
