Grab your bat and your glove and get ready for the Youth Baseball League!
T-Ball is for ages 4-6, as of 4/30/22. Practices for the Youth Baseball League will begin the week of May 31. T-Ball practices will be held once a week, as scheduled by the volunteer team coach. T-Ball games will be on Thursdays from 4:30-6:30pm from June 9-July 14 in Buena Vista, as scheduled. NO PRACTICE OR GAMES WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, MAY 30 (Memorial Day) OR MONDAY, JULY 4.
Registration for the Youth Baseball League includes a team t-shirt. Participants will receive a free hat if they are new to BV Baseball or if they have outgrown their old hat. Participants can also purchase a new hat for $10. All players should have their own glove. Cleats or running shoes are recommended. Metal cleats are not allowed.
Registration Deadline: Monday, May 16
Volunteer coaches are needed! A Coaches Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 25 at 6:00pm at the Community Center. Please contact Tucker at 719-581-1051 or programs@buenavistaco.gov, if interested. Volunteer coaches will receive a discount code for 50% off the registration fee. Scholarships are also available at https://www.buenavistarec.com/scholarships/. Please contact Tucker if a participant is interested in playing in an upper age group.
