Youth Basketball League – Grades: K-6    $55 for K-2, $65 for 3-6    Practice Times Vary, Games on Saturdays    October 17-December 10    Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 5

BV Rec & BVHS Boys Basketball are partnering again to bring you the Youth Basketball League! Boys & girls will be split into volunteer-coached teams in the K-2, 3-4, and 5-6 grade divisions. The League is open for players in K-6th Grade. Games will typically be played 4v4 on a full 2-hoop side court.

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 5

Each age group will have a weekly practice and 6 Saturday games. Grades K-2 will practice on Mondays, and Grades 3-6 will practice on Thursdays. Practices will begin the week of October 17, and games will begin on October 29. The registration fee is $55 per participant for K-2, and $65 per participant for 3-6.

Volunteers are needed! Please contact Catelin at 719-581-0016 or cmiles@buenavistaco.gov if you are interested in coaching a team or helping coach a team. Volunteers with children in the program will receive 50% off the registration fee. A mandatory Volunteer Coaches Meeting will be Thursday, October 13 at 6:00pm at the Community Center. A Parents Meeting will be held at the first practice for each age group.

5-6 Girls – Thursdays, 7:00-8:00pm, Buena Vista Middle & High School – White Gym
5-6 Boys – Thursdays, 7:00-8:00pm, Buena Vista Middle & High School – Red Gym
