Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. \nWednesday\, December 10th \n30 minute time slots begin at 3:30pm and end at 7:00pm \nCost: $10 per Table – Maximum 6 participants per table \nEach time slot only has 4 tables available. \nREGISTRATION FOR ALL TIME SLOTS WILL OPEN AT NOON ON FRIDAY\, NOVEMBER 14TH! \nOnce again partnering with Young Life’s Trail West Lodge\, BV Rec is excited to offer a holiday cookie decorating event! Gather your friends or bring the whole family to the Buena Vista Community Center (located at 715 E Main Street in Buena Vista) to enjoy hot beverages and holiday cookie decorating to kick off the holiday season!  \nReservations are made by table. Each table can accommodate a maximum of six participants. Each time slot is 30 minutes long\, and we only have 4 tables available in each time slot\, so reserve yours today! Multiple tables can be reserved\, if availability allows. When reserving multiple tables in the same time slot\, you will only be able to reserve one table per account. The second reservation can be done under a different family member or friend’s account.   \nEach participant will be given multiple cookies to decorate and enjoy! Frosting\, sprinkles\, and all of the necessary utensils will be provided. Local chefs Frank Willis\, Tom Campbell\, and Ben Miner will have plenty of cookies baked\, cooled\, and ready for you to decorate! After\, enjoy hot beverages and cookie decorating with friends at the BV Community Center! Please arrive at the Community Center at 715 E Main St\, Buena Vista\, CO 81211\, on Wednesday\, December 10\, 2025 at 5:45p.m. The event will wrap up at 7:00pm.  \nBuena Vista Recreation is excited to partner with Achieve\, Inc to offer stand-alone Achieve Social programs designed to support and include neurodivergent individuals\, including those on the autism spectrum\, with ADD/ADHD\, and related disabilities. The inclusive outings provide opportunities to build communication\, teamwork\, and confidence\, while supporting social and cognitive growth for individuals in Chaffee County and the surrounding area. \nEvents are designed for individuals ages 14 and up. Each activity is supported by trained staff and volunteers\, with a minimum ratio of one support person for every three participants. If a participant requires more individualized support\, they are welcome to attend withe a personal caregiver\, mentor\, or support person. All attendees – including neurodivergent individuals\, friends\, family members\, and volunteers – must register separately to ensure adequate planning and accommodation. \nSign up by Wednesday\, December 3rd\, 2025. DESCRIPTION:Pickleball: Arranged Play\, Lessons\, & Training \nWednesdays\, November 5 – December 17 \n5:15-7:15pm (Early Session) & 7:30-9:30pm (Late Session) – DPCA \n$20 per “Group” | Maximum of 6 “Groups” at DPCA Per Night \nAges: 16+ | Darren Patterson Christian Academy \nRegistration for ALL November and December 2025 dates opens on Tuesday\, October 21st at 12:00pm (noon). \nThere will be no Arranged Play sessions on Wednesday\, December 24th due to Christmas Eve and no Arranged Play sessions on Wednesday\, December 31st due to New Year’s Eve. \nRegister your pickleball “group” to use the DPCA Gym on a Wednesday evening for arranged play\, lessons\, and/or training! We will be offering two separate sessions on Wednesdays. The early session on Wednesday will be from 5:15-7:15pm and the late session will be from 7:30-9:30pm. “Groups” may only reserve one court in one session per day. “Groups” are NOT allowed to reserve a court in both sessions on the same day. The DPCA gym has 3 pickleball courts\, so there will be a maximum of 3 “groups” per session per day at DPCA. Each “group” that reserves a spot will get their own court for that session. \nThis indoor season we will be using the same reservation system to reserve court times for anyone interested in pickleball arranged play\, lessons\, and/or training. A “group” can be as large or as small as you want it to be\, but you only get to use one court with your reservation. \nBelow is a step-by-step guide on how to register your group to be one of the groups allowed to utilize the gym’s pickleball courts on a given Wednesday evening. All Arranged Play reservations will be managed through BV Rec’s registration system ActiveNet. If you do not already have an account created with ActiveNet\, you will be prompted to create one. Without an account\, you will be unable to register your group for a session. \n\nPlease select one person from your group to be your group’s “representative” for that session. (From week to week\, the group “representative” can change as often as you would like.)\nThe selected person will make sure to select the activity with the correct date you wish to register your group for.\nPlease follow the prompts to either log in to ActiveNet\, if you already have an account\, or create an account\, if you have yet to do so.\nJust like online shopping\, you will be prompted to go through steps of “putting the registration in the cart” and then “checking out” to pay for your group’s reservation. (If you do not want to cover the entire $20 fee for your group\, you will need to pay up front\, and then ask those in your group to reimburse you.)\n\nGroups will need to pay $20 up front via the online system to use one pickleball court per session on your selected date. Each DPCA session will have a maximum of 3 groups allowed to register and use the gym. A group can consist of as many players as you want or it can be a solo person or couple. No matter the number of people in your group\, you are considered one group and will only have access to one court for that session. \nAll participants must have a signed 2025 BV Rec waiver on file and sign in on that session’s sign-in sheet. Individual players do not have to pay BV Rec. Group “representatives” that reserved for their group had to pay the $20 fee when registering. Players may pay back their group “representative” if they would like to and/or if the group “representative” requests players to do so. \nGroups must register online ahead of time. Groups are NOT allowed to just show up at the gym with the expectation of utilizing one of the courts. Groups may NOT reserve a court in both sessions (early and late) on the same day. Two players from the same group are NOT allowed to reserve courts on the same day. One reservation per day per group. Please follow the link below to access the Google Sheets document that shows who has reserved a spot and for which session. BV Rec will try their best to keep this document as up to date as possible. This document can be used as a tool to see who has booked a spot\, and to possibly reach out to them to see if they need another player. It can also be used by the group “representative” to see which players are already committed to play in other groups\, so you know which players you may contact to join your group. \nPickleball Arranged Play Reservations – Fall 2025 \nTHE ABOVE LINK IS NOT HOW YOU RESERVE YOUR GROUP FOR THAT SESSION. Please click on one of the large\, red buttons below corresponding to the date and session time you wish to reserve play for your group. This button will take you to our registration system ActiveNet. This is where you will pay the $20 fee and follow the instructions detailed above for your group to have court access at DPCA.
