DESCRIPTION:Coed Volleyball League \nCoed  |  Ages 16+  |  $30/player (No Team Fee) \nTuesdays\, 6:00-10:00pm  |  March 17-May 12 \nBuena Vista High School – Red Gym \nGet your team together for one of BV Rec’s longest running programs! Coed teams should consist of 3 males and 3 females. Teams cannot have more than 3 men on the court at a time. The league will consist of a round robin season and a post-season tournament. If possible\, the league will be split into A (advanced/competitive) & B (beginner/recreational) skill divisions. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 8 games. Games may be played on multiple days or at multiple sites\, depending on the number of teams. All age groups will play their first games on Saturday\, April 11 and final games on Saturday\, May 16.\n\n \n\nSeason Dates: March 30-May 16\n \nAge: Players born in 2018-2019\n \n\nCost: Early Registration Discount! (Register Before March 2nd) – $60\n Registration After March 2nd – $75\n\n \nPractice Times: \nGirls – Mondays & Wednesdays\, 4:00-5:00pm \nBoys – Tuesdays & Thursdays\, 4:00-5:00pm \n\n \nPractice Location: BV River Park Soccer Field (South Side)\n \nGame Day: Saturdays\n \nREGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday\, March 13\, 2026\n \nUniforms: Players and coaches will receive a team t-shirt which is included in the registration fee. Shin guards covered by a sock are required at all practices and games. Athletic shoes or soccer cleats (no front toe cleat) are recommended.\n \n\n\nVolunteer Coaches: We need you! This program was formerly held at the Buena Vista Public Library and will now be teaming up with Buena Vista Recreation to bring you a day of board games for the whole family. \nGame night will be available to all age ranges. There will be a large variety of games to play\, spanning from games that can accommodate two people or a larger group. Game night will be hosted in collaboration with Gary Johnson who has an extensive library of games that he will have available\, as well as his knowledge on the rules and game play information. \nCome enjoy an exciting day of fun! Coed teams should consist of 3 males and 3 females. Teams cannot have more than 3 men on the court at a time. The league will consist of a round robin season and a post-season tournament. If possible\, the league will be split into A (advanced/competitive) & B (beginner/recreational) skill divisions. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 8 games. Games may be played on multiple days or at multiple sites\, depending on the number of teams. Practices will be led by trained Practice Facilitators. Game schedule and locations will be released after the season begins. All age groups will begin practice the week of Monday\, March 30. All age groups will play their first games on Saturday\, April 11 and final games on Saturday\, May 16.\n \nSeason Dates: March 31-May 16\n \nAge: Players born in 2014-2015\n \nCost: Early Registration Discount! (Register Before March 2nd) – $80\n Registration After March 2nd – $95\n \nPractice Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4:00-5:30pm\n \nPractice Location: BV River Park Soccer Field (North Side)\n \nGame Day: Saturdays\n \nREGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday\, March 13\, 2026\n \nUniforms: 2014-2015’s players will wear the same red dry-fit jersey every season. If a player does not have a jersey or needs a new one\, they can be purchased during registration for $20. Shin guards covered by a sock are required at all practices and games. Athletic shoes or soccer cleats (no front toe cleat) are recommended.\n \n\n\nVolunteer Coaches: We need you! Volunteer parent coaches are eligible to receive a 50% participant registration fee refund at the end of the season.
