Climb on Early Release Days
Come climb with BV Rec and Peak Fitness on early release days! Students grade 6-12 will be taught safety and climbing techniques by a certified instructor. The program will start at 2:00pm and end at 3:30pm. Gear provided. Please note: transportation will NOT be provided so please make arrangements for your child to get there. Yoga
This class will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture while incorporating beginner and intermediate yoga poses with stretching.Â

This class is a great way to learn different strength training exercises and exercise intensity needed to maximize workout potential. Each session will include a warm-up followed by several strength training circuits with the goal of keeping your heart rate elevated with little rest.Â
