Grab your bat and your glove and get ready for the Youth Baseball League!
T-Ball is for ages 4-6, as of 4/30/23. Practices for the Youth Baseball League will begin the week of May 30. T-Ball practices will be held once a week, as scheduled by the volunteer team coach. T-Ball games will be on Thursdays from 4:30-6:30pm from June 8-July 13 in Buena Vista, as scheduled. NO PRACTICE OR GAMES WILL TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY, JULY 3 & TUESDAY, JULY 4.
Registration for the Youth Baseball League includes a team t-shirt. Participants may purchase a BV Baseball hat for an additional $15. Hats are not required for games or practices. All players should have their own glove. Cleats or running shoes are recommended. Metal cleats are not allowed.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, May 10 (Late Registration Fee: $10)
Volunteer Parent Coaches for each team are needed! A Coaches Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 24 at 6:00pm at the Community Center. Please contact Tucker at 719-581-1051 or programs@buenavistaco.gov, if interested. Volunteer parent coaches are eligible to receive a 50% participant registration fee refund at the end of the season. Please contact Tucker towards the end of the season if you wish to receive this refund. Scholarships are also available at https://www.buenavistarec.com/scholarships/. Please contact Tucker if a participant is interested in playing in an older age group.
