Culinary Creations Cooking Classes with Local Chefs

Buena Vista High School – Family and Consumer Science Room

BV Rec is excited to be offering multiple cooking classes this Winter led by local chefs! The first three classes will be led by Tom Campbell, Frank Willis and Ben Miner. The final class will be led by Eddie Sandoval. All of these classes will take place in the Family and Consumer Science Room at the Buena Vista High School located at 559 S Railroad Street. Each class is a stand-alone class. No experience is necessary! Only ten spaces are available for each class, so sign up today!

Comprised of hands-on lessons and demonstrations, these classes will set the foundation for a lifetime of great cooking. Working side-by-side with local chefs, participants will create each dish start to finish, from prepping the ingredients to completing the dish. Each participant will complete a meal with two servings so you take home leftovers to share!

Please bring a Tupperware or to-go box to take home your creations in!

Registration for the first three classes is OPEN! The recipe and price for the March 11th class led by Eddie Sandoval is still being determined. Please check back in the near future for information regarding that class.
