The CARA Basketball Skills Challenge provides the youth of Colorado with a statewide basketball competition testing their skills in dribbling, passing, and shooting. There are four age divisions: 6/7, 8/9, 10/11 and 12/13 for both boys and girls. The top scorer in each age group will advance to a Sectional Competition, with a chance to compete at the State Championship.
The BV Local Competition will be held Monday, December 8 at Darren Patterson Christian Academy (518 S San Juan Ave). Registration will begin at 5:30pm, and the Competition will start at 6:00pm. The Competition typically lasts 1-2 hours, including awards, depending on the number of participants.
