Youth Flag Football – Grades 1-2

BV Rec is working with Buena Vista Tackle Football to provide an opportunity to learn and play football this fall! The 7-week program will focus on the fundamentals of the game for the younger participants.

Season Dates: August 29 – October 12

Age: Coed Athletes in Grades 1-2

Cost: $40/player

Practice & Game Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:00-6:15pm

Practice & Game Location: Buena Vista Youth Baseball Field Outfield

MAXIMUM OF 20 PARTICIPANTS

Registration Deadline: Monday, August 28 *A late fee of $20 will be applied after this date*

The first 2-3 weeks of the program will consist of practices on both Tuesday and Thursday nights. The following  weeks of the program will consist of practices Tuesday nights and games Thursday nights. Game times are to be determined. 

If you are unable to register your athlete for the 1-2 Flag Football Program due to their grade being incorrect, please call Catelin at 719-581-0016.

Volunteer Parent Coaches are needed! A Coaches Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 22 at 6:00pm in the Community Center. Please contact Catelin at 719-581-0016 or cmiles@buenavistaco.gov, if interested. Volunteer Parent Coaches will receive a discount code for half price registration.
