Ages 18+   $2 per visit  Fridays, 8:00-9:30am October 8-May 27 Community Center Aspen Room Join in this weekly, self-led women's workout group that focuses on body weight interval training, including both cardio and muscle conditioning. This group encourages consistent exercise and offers healthy support to each other. No formal instruction will be provided.
